Instructions: Sit comfortably on the seat. Grip both handles with your hands (in horizontal or vertical position) and push them away from your body. Hold for a moment, then return to the starting position. Repeat the exercise.

Lat Pulldown

Device category: muscle building

Device functions: Activates hip joints, strengthens abdominal muscles, improves coordination.

Instructions: Sit comfortably on the seat (facing the machine or with your back to it). Grasp the handle with both hands and pull it towards you. Hold for a moment, then return to the starting position. Repeat the exercise.
