Device Functions: Strengthens the upper back muscles, shoulder and arm muscles, and abdominal muscles.

Instructions:

Pull-ups on the bar: Grab the bar with both hands. Pull your body up to raise your chin above the bar. Slowly lower down and repeat the exercise.

Leg raises: Stand with your back to the device, grab the bar with both hands. Lift your straight or bent legs towards your abdomen, hold for a moment, and lower them down. Repeat the exercise.

Device Functions: Strengthens the lower abdominal muscles and arm muscles.

Instructions:

Leg raises: Place your elbows on the armrests and support your back against the device. Lift your straight or bent legs towards your abdomen, hold for a moment, and lower them down. Repeat the exercise.

Push-ups on the bars: Support yourself on the bars (with the weight of your body on straightened arms), facing towards or away from the device. Lower and raise your body, bending your arms at the elbows.
